Join us for a relaxing cycle ride through East London’s green spaces

Fridays at 11am • 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th October 2025, with more planned for later in the year.
Studies have shown that time spent in nature can boost physical and mental well-being. On this series of guided rides we’ll explore places where nature still thrives, is expanding or is just clinging on.
- Bike fix, 30min before start. I will be at the meeting point from 10.30am to help with any small mechanical issues on your bike I will bring some small bike parts with me cables and brake blocks. please book this as an add on at the Check out, so I can be prepared.
- Frequent stops with discussions along the way, sharing the knowledge and interest of all the group.
- A supportive ethos where the ride pace matches the slowest rider.
- Rides should be completed in around 3 to 4 hrs depending on the group speed and how long the rest stops are.
- A mechanic will be on hand to fix any small issues with your bike before the ride. Let us know in advance if you want to bring a bike that you think needs more mechanical work.
- Bring a packed lunch, or we can stop at a cafe on route.
