Nature’s Bioactive Medicines & Cell Mutations Workshop
Overview
Studies on plants has been one of the fastest growing areas in medical and scientific research in the search for safe, non-toxic medications and healing pathways as alternatives to synthetic drugs that often come with harmful unintended consequences for health.
Dalian Adofo (PGCE, MA) will be delivering a Plantbioactives lecture presenting and citing the latest cutting-edge research findings about the identification and use of particular phtyocompounds by scientists to effect therapeutic pathways that target and manage cell mutations in the body. The presentation covers how to incorporate these findings into our lives and use its knowledge-base to enhance our physical and mental wellbeing.
This lecture series is not be missed, highly commended by Islington NHS when it was delivered as part of the Black Health Hub at the Black Cultural centre in summer 2025 and cited in the GOAFRICA Foundation's Highlights & Impact factsheet report as "one of the most impactful elements of the residency, with almost every respondent reporting greater confidence and usefulness in the information shared."
