About this event

Description: Within walking distance of your home, nature has provided an abundance of plants that heal and nourish with their food and medicine.

On this gentle meander, we will meet these plants and learn what their gifts are, alongside learning something of their historical uses and folklore.

We will begin by discussing best foraging practice and an approach to harvesting that honours the spirits of the plants and adds potency to your preparations. Leave feeling empowered to treat common complaints, harnessing the power of nature's pharmacy to support your well being.
