NatWest Manchester Pride Breakfast With Lauren Rowles OBE

Lauren made history at Paris 2024 to become the first three-time Paralympic gold medallist in rowing when she won gold in the PR2 mixed double sculls. Alongside a long list of sporting accolades Lauren was honoured with an MBE at the age of 18, and most recently an OBE. As well as this Lauren is a proud spokesperson for various LGBT+ campaigns seeking to challenge perceptions of disability, gender and sexuality whilst ensuring that there is greater inclusion for the next generation in sport.

Join Lauren on the 22nd August to celebrate the Manchester Pride Weekend, hear more about her story as an Paralympian and advocate for the LGBT+ community. As well as this, you will also hear from our employee led LGBT+ ‘Rainbow Network’, who will share their experience working for the Natwest Group, and some of the initiatives we have put in place to support our LGBT+ colleagues and customers.

Due to limited availability, places will be allocated on a first come first served basis. This event is open to all attendees, whether you identify as LGBT+ or you are an ally.
