About the speaker:

Phoebe Roberts is a live events and HR specialist with 25 years of experience spanning production, experiential marketing, and brand development. She has worked with global names including Google, Sony, Nike and Converse, and led major festival operations across the UK.

Phoebe founded The Wonder Staff in 2011, providing inclusive staffing solutions for London’s festivals and events. In 2020, she co-created Beyond The Music, an award-winning Attitude is Everything programme empowering disabled professionals across the music and live events industries. Her work focuses on developing accessible career pathways and supporting a more inclusive workforce.
