About the Event:

Join us for a series of monthly workshops designed to gently explore and develop your compassionate mind. Facilitated by Cori Wilkie, the face of KOA and a trauma informed professional, these sessions are grounded in the principles of Compassionate Mind Training (CMT), helping you to navigate life with greater emotional resilience, self understanding and kindness. Cori is a a CMT trained professional with a background in nervous system regulation, somatic work, mindfulness and much more. Find out more about her www.koa-edinburgh.uk

Compassion is not simply a feeling. It is a powerful motivation and practice that supports regulation of the nervous system, greater awareness of our emotional and physical needs, and a stronger ability to express those needs in safe and confident ways. Through compassionate practices, we create the inner conditions for calm, clarity and courage.

Each month will explore a unique theme inspired by the CMT framework, supporting you to develop tools that nurture safety, self compassion and emotional balance.
