Navigating Difference: Communication Skills for Creative Spaces
This interactive workshop equips creative professionals with practical communication skills for navigating challenging conversations about identity, belonging, and fairness. Rather than assuming shared perspectives, we'll explore how to engage constructively with different viewpoints whilst maintaining inclusive creative environments.
In today's climate, conversations about diversity, immigration, gender identity, and cultural change often become polarised quickly. Creative spaces depend on collaboration and trust, and need people who can step into these moments with curiosity, skill, and respect for complexity. This session focuses on building those capabilities.

- Apply curious questioning techniques that de-escalate tension whilst exploring different perspectives
