Is this group suitable for those experiencing mental health difficulties?

If you are experiencing mental health difficulties I would advise you to seek suitable support for this. Though this is a supportive group, I am not practicing as a therapist and therefore would recommend you reach out to the right person.

What are your qualifications?

I am an accredited transformational life coach, certified by the ICF (International Coaching Federation). I also qualified  as a psychotherapeutic counsellor (NCS) though do not practice as a counsellor.

Is there a recommendation on how long you must be bereaved before joining a group?

I would recommend at least 3 months minimum before joining a group. However if you feel you need this sort of support, please reach out.

What is the purpose of the 1:1 call?

Accepted Answer

The 1:1 call is a relaxed, informal and friendly space to have a chat! It allows me to get to know you and your story and answer any questions you may have before attending a group. We can also discuss any particular areas you’d like to explore within the workshop.

How many people will be attending?

I feel workshops and group work benefits from having a small group of people and I tend to keep online groups and workshops at 8 people.
