This Workshop Is For You If You Want To:
- Understand that you’re not alone — that heartbreak is human and connecting with others helps to heal

- Develop a toolkit for moving forward, managing your emotions and create a positive outlook for your future

This immersive workshop is a mix of: sharing, self-reflection, gentle body-based practices and creative expression……with others on similar paths.
If you have recently been through a heartbreak as you have broken up with your other half, regardless of the length of the relationship or the form that the breakup came – whether it was amicable or a complete shock to the system, then this workshop if for you!
You are free to choose which activities to take part in and there will be quiet space for you if you wish to take some time out during the day.
Recovery to Discovery is a peer-support workshop for individuals navigating heartbreak. It is designed to offer tools, shared experiences, and practical strategies in a supportive and respectful environment.
Important Notice:This workshop is not a form of therapy, counselling, mental health treatment, or a substitute for professional medical or psychological care.
- The facilitators of this event are not therapists. Liz is a qualified EMCC-accredited Senior Practitioner Coach and Tracey has been supporting others through her website, itsfinished.com, for over two decades. This event is therefore informed by coaching practices and personal experience, and is not therapeutic.
- The workshop is not specifically designed for survivors of narcissistic abuse or domestic violence. If these topics arise, we may signpost to appropriate professional or specialist services.
- By attending, you acknowledge that this event is not intended to diagnose, treat, or resolve any mental health conditions.
