Overview The Relationships Service Workshops are two-hour interactive Zoom sessions, facilitated by an experienced counsellor.

Navigating menopause can be overwhelming for you and the people you love. Join our supportive 2-hour workshop to explore how menopause affects communication, intimacy, connection, and functioning. You’ll learn simple tools to navigate emotional and physical changes, strengthen your relationships, and feel more supported during this transition. Whether you’re experiencing menopause or supporting someone who is, this session offers clarity, confidence, and community.


Workshop goals

  • Understand physical, emotional, and cognitive changes of menopause.
  • Explore how these changes affect romantic, family, and social relationships.
  • Learn communication strategies that strengthen connection during this life transition.
  • Build confidence in navigating intimacy, identity shifts, and partnered dynamics.


Future topics include: Empty nesting, retirement, separation and “conscious uncoupling,” co-parenting after separation, navigating singleness, moving in together and preparing for parenthood.
