Pedro Marques

Pedro actively promotes understanding and inclusion of neurodivergent professionals within the legal and corporate world. He’s passionate about advocating for neurodiversity in the workplace and believes that diverse ways of thinking are not only valuable — they’re essential for building better teams. He is also the leader of Different Minds, a support group for neurodivergent colleagues within his law firm.
