About the NHS app training session

Are you looking to make better use of the NHS App? Join us for an informative online session on Zoom, where we’ll guide you through the registration process and show you how to access essential healthcare services digitally.

The session will begin with a 40-minute presentation, walking you through the step-by-step process of registering for the NHS App. You’ll learn how to set up your account, book appointments, order prescriptions, and access your health records – all within the app. We’ll also highlight other key features, such as managing health services for others and finding trusted health information from reliable online sources.

Following the presentation, there will be a Q&A session where you can ask any questions related to the NHS App. Whether you're new to digital health tools or just need a refresher, we’re here to support you.To further assist you, participants will receive helpful leaflets and resources after the session, so you can continue to explore the NHS App and its many features.
