Are you confused by all of the rules that suddenly turn up when practicing a vegan or vegetarian diet?
Do you want to learn from a qualified nutritionist how to build a balanced, nutritious, wholefood-based vegan or vegetarian diet?
This unique course, put together by Jessica Bush, a highly qualified naturopath and nutritionist, is aimed at educating and arming you with the tools you need to feel confident in meeting your nutritional requirements both now, and into the future.
Over 6 weeks, you will delve into what makes up a nutritionally balanced vegan/vegetarian diet, covering the following subjects:

What the latest nutritional research says about vegan and vegetarian diets, and a recognition of their health benefits.

Common nutritional pitfalls, how they affect your body and how to avoid them.

The 6 most common nutritional deficiencies I see in practice, how they affect your body and how to prevent them.

How much of what? Foods to reach your daily nutritional requirements.

Navigating pre-made products, "meat-like" products and vegetarian/vegan cheese – the good the bad and the ugly.

Wholefood vegan and vegetarian cooking tips and tricks.

My favourite nutritionally-packed recipes.
Dates:
The course is delivered in weekly 1 hour sessions over 6 weeks, giving you the opportunity to integrate and implement the knowledge between sessions.
Sessions will be held each week from 7.30-8.30pm.
