Description


In response to the growing demand for cyber security services and products in the Nordic and Baltic region, British Embassies and Department for International Trade (DIT, formerly UK Trade & Investment) are organising a cyber showcase focusing on UK cyber security solutions. The one-and-a-half day event brings together a selection of top UK cyber security providers, delegates from 9 markets from across industry, government, law enforcement, defence and academia, and offers unparalleled networking opportunities.

Programme

Monday, October 3

18.00 Gala Dinner at the Seaplane Harbour.

Starts with a tour of the Maritime Museum housed in the recently restored historic seaplane hangars, which was awarded the Europa Nostra Grand Prix prize in 2013 and among other fascinating artefacts houses an original British-built submarine from the 1930s.

Tuesday, October 4

09.30 Registration starts at Kadriorg Palace

10.00-17.00 Official opening for Showcase of top UK cyber companies.

The exquisite Baroque palace constructed in the 18th century houses a classic art collection and is located close to the city centre.

Sessions and presentations running alongside the showcase, including:

  • Presentations by sponsoring exhibitors.
  • Presentation by NATO CCDCOE on cyber policies of various countries.
  • Seminar: cyber insurance for IT companies
  • Seminar: cyber insurance for critical infrastructure companies
  • A session hosted by UK-Estonia TechLink

19.00 Casual networking over drinks and buffet dinner at Manna La Roosa.
