LEADING WITH CULTURAL INTELLIGENCE [CQ] - an introduction
PSSSSSSSST!! Did you know that building your skills for leveraging cultural differences, leads to higher quality relationships, greater team synergy and increased team performance?
Well, this interactive NBCPA"Disproportionality Action plan" workshop on Thursday 18th September, Farringdon Room, Petty France will introduce you to Cultural Intelligence [CQ] and the key research behind the internationally proven "CQ model".
This 3hr interactive workshop will provide tested strategies that team leaders can use to optimise collaboration across differences i.e. multinational borders, generational groups, ethnic classifications and/or organisational contexts, using a practicable application of the trademarked CQ Model which has been peer-reviewed, academically researched and increasingly utilised globally across all sectors.
It will move beyond identifying the common challenges associated with differences, to explore practical ways to apply solutions when working across our multiple differences.
By the end of our time together, you will begin developing your own individual action plans in a psychologically safe place using their own perspective-taking, intellectual honesty and inclusive team environment.
So, if you're ready to explore more of your rich difference and invite others to share theirs and be provided with a light lunch; join this NBCPA Cultural Intelligence Workshop facilitated by the former long serving civil servant [MoJ, DfE and DWP], previous Chair of the Civil Service Race Forum and CQ Accredited Trainer - Rob Neil OBE.
