Should I bring a guardian with me?

Generally students turn up alone or with a friend who is also considering applying to NCAD.  If there is a particular reason why you need a guardian, they are welcome to book a ticket and accompany you. However, please note that tickets are limited.

What happens at an NCAD Portfolio Information Session?

You are met by staff who divide the group in two.  One group attends the talk while the other group is provided with a short tour and brought to chat to current students who are displaying their portfolios.  Then the groups swap around, so that the tour group attend the talk and vice versa.

Question 3

Is NCAD easily accessible by public transport?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the campus is on many bus routes, or a 10-15 minute walk from Smithfield Luas Stop, or a 25 minute walk from Heuston Station.  Always be careful of your belongings in a city centre.
