Will this workshop help me prepare a portfolio for other studio programmes?

Accepted Answer

No.  This taster workshop is strictly for those applying to BA Product Design and BA Interaction Design.  It is of no benefit to other applicants.

Question 2

Can I register and decide nearer the time if I want to attend?

Accepted Answer

No.  Spaces are limited.  By booking a ticket you don't need, you are denying a place to a genuinely interested applicant.  If you register and then can no longer, please tell us.

Question 3

Do I bring a guardian?

Accepted Answer

No.  This is not a suitable event to bring a guardian unless they too are applying to the BA Interaction Design or BA Product Design.

Is there anything I need to prepare?

We'll send you an email a few days before the event with details about bring pencils, paper and so forth.

Question 5

Do I get a lunchbreak?

Accepted Answer

Yes and feel free to bring a sandwich with you.  Or we have a lovely underground Cafeteria on campus called 'The Goodies' where you can buy soup, a sandwich, or a grain pot.  Prices range from about €5.50-€8. Alternatively you can go to Tesco , Centra, or Mannings across the road from our campus.
