NCAPOP seminar: Stimulating quality improvement

The NCAPOP seminar series is designed specifically for teams that run national clinical audit or clinical outcome review programmes, and clinical leads. 'Stimulating quality improvement' is the second seminar in the series and will cover the following topics - clinician’s viewpoints, facilitators and barriers to QI, learning from peers
Who can attend?
We recommend a project manager and clinical lead from each NCAPOP project, other national projects are also invited to attend.
Unfortunately we are unable to allocate places to local audit professionals, multisite clinical audit projects, or clinicians who are not associated with a national clinical audit or clinical outcome review programme.
There is no charge to attend the seminars, but places must be booked in advance. A networking lunch will be provided after the seminar concludes at 1.00pm.
Networking and pratice sharing
An optional networking and practice sharing session will run after lunch from 1.30pm - 3.00pm, please select this option when booking your ticket if you would like to attend.

Healthcare Quality Improvement Partnership
The Healthcare Quality Improvement Partnership (HQIP) was established in April 2008 to promote quality in healthcare, and in particular to increase the impact that clinical audit has on healthcare quality in England and Wales. It is led by a consortium of the Academy of Medical Royal Colleges, the Royal College of Nursing and National Voices.
