NCS Consultation: Healthcare and Alcohol and Drug Partnerships
Event Information
About this event
The Scottish Government have proposed the creation of a National Care Service and have launched a consultation which seeks views on the proposals to improve the way social care is delivered in Scotland. The consultation seeks your opinions, concerns, and ideas to help form a health and social care system that places equality, fairness, and human rights at its core. At the end of the consultation process, the feedback will be analysed and the conclusions will be used to shape and develop a bill which will be introduced in the Scottish Parliament in summer 2022. This reform will have a significant impact across Scotland, so it is important that we take this opportunity to formulate a response to the proposals.
Join MVA for the 2nd standalone session which will address some of the Healthcare and Alcohol and Drug Partnerships questions of the consultation. We will spend time discussing the proposals, answering the questions, and you will have the opportunity to voice any opinions, concerns or ideas that will help formulate the Midlothian 3rd Sector response.
This event will be held via Microsoft Teams.
