We can’t wait to see you at our huge new venue! There is plenty of parking and the venue is wheelchair accessible. If you are able to please leave your pram at home or in our buggy park so we can make it easier for everyone to get around the shop.

Would you like to sell with us?

Forget the hassle of online selling! Skip the endless listing, photographing, and dealing with postage. At our Nearly New Sale, you simply drop off your boxes of labelled items the evening before and we take care of the rest.

The seller registration fee is £10, with a £5 refundable deposit, returned to you after the sale if you’ve signed in items to sell. You will be emailed 100 labels to print and attach to your items; if you would like to sell over 100 items you must buy a second registration. You may reuse labels from March 2025 sale but please do not exceed 100 items in total. Labels older than March 2025 will not be accepted.

You must be able to drop off your items (or arrange for someone to drop off on your behalf) on Friday 14th November between 5pm and 6pm.You must collect your unsold items on Saturday 15th November between 4:30pm and 5:00pm.

We are not accepting charity donations at this sale.Commission rates: 30%, reduced to 20% if you sign up to help on Friday or Saturday. Keep an eye out for early bird offers.

Would you like to volunteer with us?

Helping at one of our sessions will give you access to a pre-sale on the day you volunteer, along with reduced commission if you are also registered as a seller.

Available slots:Early Friday: 4pm – 8.30pm (to include setting up clothes rails and moving tables to lay out the shop)

Friday evening: 5pm – 8.30pm (unpacking sellers’ boxes to set up the shop)

Saturday: 12:15pm – 5pm (helping during the sale and packing up afterwards)
