NCT Mid Cheshire Nearly New Sale

We welcome parents, grandparents & carers to sell their good quality preloved baby, child & parenting clothes, toys and equipment. With around 35- 50 sellers at each sale their items are displayed like a pop-up shop with everything arranged in categories to make it easier for the 300-500 shoppers that come through the venue to find the items they are looking for.

Comberbach Memorial Hall, Comberbach, Northwich CW9 6AU. Free parking is available at the venue and on streets surrounding venue. Toilets available inside along with baby change.Fully Accessible building

For Sellers

Sellers do not have to be present at the sale, there is no haggling over prices and shoppers don't have to rummage through individual's tables to find the items they are looking for.

Sellers label their items with their seller number and price and shoppers take them to the NCT tills where they can pay by cash, card or contactless payment.

Sellers then get their proceeds by bank transfer after the charity takes commission towards the event and the parenting support charity work.

Commission starts at 30% but is reduced to 20% if you volunteer at the sale.

Seller's registration fee is £5.00

There is a template for labels which can be downloaded for FREE and printed on coloured card at home or at a local printer. Printed card labels with seller's number on can be purchased in packs of 100 and collected or delivered for an additional fee. These can be purchased with your registration or you can contact us directly to add at a later date.

Sellers will be notified of their seller number and card colour as soon as possible after registration but printed labels will take longer.

Sellers need to be able to drop off their labelled items on Sunday 2nd November 10am and collect their unsold items on the Sunday from 4pm

We aim to have proceeds transferred by 2 weeks after the sale.All information needed for sellers can be found in our seller's pack including registration fees and commission plus volunteering opportunities to reduce this. Volunteering

Our sales can only operate with the help of volunteers, please do try and help out on the day even if it's just for a few hours.It's a great opportunity to meet like minded people and help raise money for a good cause. The money raised goes directly to Mid Cheshire events supporting local families.

If you volunteer you will only be paying a reduced commission of 20% of all items sold
