NCT Reading Nearly New Sale

Following the success of our Spring sale we are delighted to be back at Crosfields school for our Autumn Nearly New Sale.

Come and join us for a pop up shop with everything you need for bump, baby & beyond. Items are quality checked and then arranged into categories allowing shoppers to easily find the items they are looking for and bag some absolute bargains.

We accept cash and card.

For Buyers

There is a suggested donation of £2 per family on the door.

For Sellers

Registration cost is £5 (for 150 items, a maximum of 75 clothing items)

Sellers will pay 30% commission on all sales but if you volunteer on the day this will be reduced to 20%.

Sellers are required to drop off items at Crosfields school from 4.00pm-5.30pm on Saturday 11th October (For volunteers only from 8.00am-9.00am on Sunday 12th October).

Sellers must be available to collect any unsold items from 2.30pm-3.00pm on Sunday 12th October.

Once you have registered you will shortly receive an email containing a Seller’s Pack with more instructions to assist you with the labelling process. Please note you will need to print your own labels.

For Volunteers

Did you know that you don’t have to be an NCT member or seller to volunteer on the day?

Anyone can volunteer so we would really appreciate it if you are able to offer your time on the day from 8.30am to 3.00pm. You will get the chance to meet new people, you also have access to our priority shop before the sale starts and if selling then you will receive reduced commission.

We have a number of roles available so please do let us know by emailing NNS.Reading@nct.org.uk if you have any special requirements we need to take into account on the day, for example, pregnancy, bringing baby in a sling or medical conditions that may limit manual work like lifting boxes.
