At this event, we will bring together all of the academic researchers sponsored by the NDA group companies with the practitioners implementing R&D on our sites around the UK.

Both academic and industry attendees will be showcasing their work in collaboration with the Nuclear Waste and Decommissioning Research Forum and building their networks through a range of exciting and interactive workshops and knowledge share sessions, covering topics such as:

Career journeys in nuclear decommissioning
The impact of research on our sites
Knowing your audience – getting the right message to the right people
“Real life” decommissioning case studies/problem-solving

The showcase will take place over three days from Tuesday 27th to Thursday 29th February 2024 at Cutlers’ Hall in Sheffield, starting at 09:00 on Tuesday 27th February and finishing at 16:00 on Thursday 29th February. More details and exact timings will be announced once the agenda is finalised.

Whilst the event is free to attend and lunch will be provided each day, delegates will need to book their accommodation.
