£500 per stand plus VAT (for-profit and public sector organisations)*
£350 per stand plus VAT (not-for-profit organisations)*

Our conference will bring together leaders and practitioners to share and discuss the latest developments in policy and practice to ensure deaf young people get the vital support they need for their future - in careers, their studies and leading independent lives.

We have limited availability with only 7 stands available and spaces/locations of tables will be allocated on a first come first served basis. The conference venue is accessible from 6.00am for set-up with registration for delegates from 9.30am and close of the conference at 4pm.

On becoming an exhibitor The National Deaf Children’s Society can offer you:

• A 6 foot by 2 exhibition table with space for a standard size pop up banner

• 1 delegate place to staff the stand

• Wi-fi throughout the venue

• Refreshments throughout the day and lunch

• One single-page flyer added to all delegates packs

• The opportunity to learn and network with professionals, practitioners and senior practitioners from across the sector

FAQs

*Eventbrite does operate fee's per ticket purchased. These are as follows:

For profit ticket of £500 - a fee of £25.49 is applied, plus VAT of £105.10, thereby bringing the total to: £630.59

A not for profit ticket is £350 - a fee of £17.99 is applied, plus VAT of £73.60, thereby bringing the total to: £441.59



Deadline for submitting delegate pack inserts

Delegate pack inserts are to be sent by Friday, 15 June 2018 to Charlotte Price-Ford, NDCS, Vincent House, 92-93 Edward Street, Birmingham, B1 2RA. The insert is one single-page flyer.


Will I have electricity supply to my stand?

There is limited power supply - please let us know at point of booking if you require power to your stand


Will my special dietary needs be catered for?

Vegetarian options will be provided for, please detail any special requests when registering your attendance.


Can I book a place without a purchase order number?

Yes. If you are waiting for a PO number to be approved, enter 'to be confirmed' when registering and let us know the number once approved.


How do I find out your bank details?

If you need our bank details in order to add the National Deaf Children's Society as a supplier on your finance system, please contact us and we can send these to you (training@ndcs.org.uk)


What are my transport / parking options for getting to and from the event?

If travelling by train:

London Euston, Victoria, Paddington and Marylebone mainline stations are all about two miles from the hotel; approx. 10 minutes by taxi.

The Amba Hotel is situated in central London with good links to the following underground stations:

  • Marble Arch (Central line) approx 2 minutes walk
  • Bond Street (Jubilee line) approx 8 minutes walk
  • Oxford Circus (Bakerloo, Central and Victoria) approx 14 minutes walk


If travelling by car:

From Marble Arch itself, head east down Oxford Street. Take the first left into Portman Street, then first left again into Bryanston Street: the hotel entrance is 10 yards on the left. To programme your sat-nav, please use the postcode W1H 7EH


Car parking

There is no parking available at the hotel, however there are car parks close by. We recommend booking in advance to save on costs. Can I give my place to a friend or colleague if I can't come?

Yes, however this is only available until 19th June. Please contact us at training@ndcs.org.uk


What if I need to cancel?

In the event the

  • Delegate cancels 20 working days or less before the planned date, a charge of 100% of the total cost will be made

  • Delegate cancels 21 - 30 working days before the planned date, a charge of 50% will be made

  • Delegate cancels 31 working days before the planned date, no charge will be made.


What are the payment options?

You can pay for attendance with credit/debit card, invoice or by cheque. When you are registering your attendance, please indicate how you would like to pay under the 'Payment' section, there is a drop down box of options.
