All current and prospective direct (tier 1) suppliers to Newcastle Hospitals and Newcastle City Council should attend. Suppliers to the wider North East Public Sector would also benefit from the event. Relevant to businesses from all sizes and sectors, members of sustainability, procurement and BD.

Question 2

Should I attend online or in person?

Accepted Answer

Local businesses are encouraged to attend in person, for the full range of interactions available.  The core content will be made available to the full global supplier base via recorded sessions and uploaded resources.  Please select appropriate ticket type in booking process.

Question 3

Please consider the carbon impact of your journey.

Accepted Answer

Where possible, sustainable and active travel should be adopted.  There is bike storage at the back entrance to the Civic Centre. Haymarket bus and metro interchange is across the road from the venue, with connections from Central Station.  There is no dedicated parking but public parking is nearby.

Historically these events have been oversubscribed.  Please only select one ticket type   If you find yourself unable to attend at a later date, please cancel your ticket to free your space for someone else.

Question 5

Will lunch be provided?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there will be a plant based lunch provided, along with 3 sets of teas and coffees (arrival, mid morning and mid afternoon).  Please notify of of any allergies or dietary requirements when prompted in the booking process.
