Does computer work makes you feel constantly stiff in your shoulders/ neck area changing your posture and mood?

These sessions are designed to release, stretch and open up, getting rid of faults in the spine; the practice gives a sense of relieve to neck, shoulders and upper back with gentle and simple movements to begin with, becoming more accurate as we progress.

As we acknowledge in kundalini yoga there is always a connection in between the phisical and energetic bodies.

In order to restore balance bringing harmony to body and mind we will also experience the combination of mantras and meditation which helps to direct the energy from the base of the spine up to the upper chakras through sound and vibration.

Please bring your own yoga mat and a bottle of water, blankets and cushions are provided.
