A panel discussion which promises to be highly interesting for non-execs, chairmen and board level professionals, focussing on The Effects of Culture and Diversity in the Boardroom, including how regulation affects behaviour and effectiveness, particularly within the financial services.

FTSE 250 portfolio NED, Annemarie Durbin. Chair of the UK Listing Authority Advisory Panel to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Independent Non-Executive Director of Ladbrokes Coral PLC, Santander UK PLC, WH Smith PLC

Eamonn McGrath, audit partner and Head of Regulatory & Public Policy for EY in the UK. He is also a member of the firm’s UK Board and Risk Committee, and advises multinational and multi-locational FTSE companies in the real estate sector. Previous experience spans engineering, services and food retailing sectors.

Chairing the panel is Sharon Constancon, CEO of Genius Methods.

NEDonBoard is the professional organisation for non-executive directors. We operate around three pillars – knowledge, connection, and leadership, and our mission is to improve the standards of NEDs and champion the role to better the governance of UK boards/companies. Attendees are NEDs or board level professionals – we are expecting between 50-70 attendees for the evening event.

How do I become a NEDonBoard member?

You need to apply at www.NEDonBoard.com. We reviewed each profile individually, the process can take up to 24h.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Yes, as long as you update the details before the event. There is a security check at the entrance of the building. We need all names before the event.

Can I update my registration information?

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes or your ID.

How many attendees?

Our events are designed for 60 to 100 attendees. We expect 50-70 attendees for this panel event.

What will be the format of the evening?

Guests are welcomed with a refreshment before an experienced guest NED panel will take to the stage and share their experiences, followed by audience Q&A and networking drinks.

Can I participate if I am not a NEDonBoard member?

Yes, you can attend events as a non-member.
