We are joined by David and Keith Mayer, authors of the best selling book new 'Gold Dust: How To Become a More Effective Coach, Quickly'

Keith has had a fantastic career currently working at Liverpool and he counts Leeds, Nottingham Forest and Wigan Athletic amongst his former clubs. He has worked for the English and Korean FA’s in a number of roles and supports athletes to deliver high performance.

David was an Apprentice at Wigan Athletic before forging a career in coaching, which has led to him working in the UK and USA, with clubs such as Manchester City and UNC Charlotte. He is currently the Global Head of the Foundation Phase for 7Elite Academy.
