An interactive workshop that takes you through the art of negotiation and influence using proven research and ‘practical and insightful’ techniques used to garner buy-in and deliver value inside and outside the office. It will explore your natural style when influencing, give you specific ‘thought provoking’ feedback, and of course, what you can do even better. With ‘excellent delivery’ you will be taken through and allowed to prepare for each stage of negotiation using a natural framework which allows you to communicate authentically, understand and be understood.

Delegates will join members from across Winmark’s portfolio C-level functional lead executives.
