'Negotiating with Ambition' is a 2-day workshop with 1:1 coaching that will provide you the knowledge, skills and understanding to handle conflicts and negotiate more attractive outcomes.

It is the natural follow-on to 'Selling with Pride' (4th & 5th September 2017 in the same venue).

Refreshments and lunch both days, and all course materials are included in the workshop price. Overnight accommodation is not included in the price of your ticket. Whilst there are no refunds, you will find us flexible in offering you another place on the next available course, though please note this may not be in the same location.

The workshop is for anyone who finds themselves giving too much ground sometimes, and coming away without some of the things they wanted. - be invited to your 1:1 coaching session (included in the ticket price) to support you putting newfound skills and knowledge into everyday use


What is it like on the workshop?

This small group workshop is carefully designed to optimise your opportunity to learn, and features a range of training methodologies, including trainer-led input, facilitated discussion, quizzes, practical activities, test drives to practice tools and techniques, observation and feedback, diagnostic tools to promote self-awareness, time for reflection, and examples. It is a highly participatory experience, and the group will be no larger than 9 people. Expect to learn from a variety of sources.
