Shan specialises in marketing consultancy and skills training for design firms and in-house design teams of all shapes and sizes, and from all design disciplines, helping them to improve their performance and profitability.

Preddy&Co’s consultancy work blends new business strategy and planning with client relationship management and development, and often involves client and prospect interviews.
