Neighbourhood CIL Pre-Application Engagement Event

By Infrastructure Planning and Delivery Team

Overview

Are you applying for Neighbourhood CIL funding at Westminster City Council in July 2026?

Neighbourhood CIL Pre-Application Engagement Event

Join us for an informative gathering at Westminster City Hall in Victoria. This is your chance to engage with the Infrastructure, Planning and Delivery team about your proposed project before you submit your NCIL application in July 2026.

NCIL funding supports the delivery of local infrastructure projects across Westminster, such as enhancing public open spaces, upgrading school playgrounds, or supplying equipment for youth activities. Funding is awarded through a quarterly application process, open to individuals and organisations alike. We take a collaborative and supportive approach throughout.

Pre-application engagement is a vital part of the NCIL application process. Please ensure you contact us before submitting your application, as the process has recently changed.

Applications submitted without prior engagement will be declined upon receipt.

Each session will last just under two hours, with three sessions taking place throughout the day. You will only need to book and attend one session.

During the session, we’ll provide a brief presentation on the NCIL application process, offer general guidance, and support you in developing your application. There will also be an opportunity to discuss your project ideas in detail, helping to give your application the best possible chance of success.
