We’d love for you to join us for a local get-together to connect, share, and start building stronger relationships across our neighbourhood.
📍 What’s it about?
As part of the NHS 10-year plan, there's a big shift happening – moving care and support closer to home, into our communities. That means working together more locally, across organisations, services, and roles. Right now, many of us are supporting the same people, but often in isolation. This session is a chance to come together, understand what’s already here, and start building those all-important bridges.
Who is if for?
We want to bring together anyone who works in townships 1 PCN (Mosborough, Hackenthorpe, Sothall, Owthorpe, Birley, Crystal Peaks areas) who is involved in improving the health and care of people in our area, both formal and informal. From arts organisations to addiction services. From faith leaders to food banks. From housing to health centres. Please spread the word.
On the day, we’ll:
- Talk about the challenges our communities are facing – including health inequalities
- Map out who’s who and what’s already happening locally
- Share ideas, offers, and opportunities to collaborate
- Make connections that could lead to real, practical next steps

We’ll pull this together and share it with everyone on the day to help the networking flow.
