💪 SHREDFAST TASTER CLASS (30 mins)Post run, it's time to SHRED. Test drive a high energy class led by top Shredfast coaches. Use kettlebells or just your bodyweight – all levels welcome!

🧘 YOGA & BREATHWORK (45 mins total)Wind down and stretch it out with a calming 30 minute yoga session, followed by 15 minutes of deep, guided breathwork. Reconnect, refocus, and recharge.

🌙 SOUNDBATH EXPERIENCEIf you’re skipping the Shredfast session, no problem – find your calm in our beautiful soundbath session. Sink into stillness and let the sounds wash over you.
