Registration
The maximum capacity for on-site attendance is predicted to be 75 people, however this number may decrease depending on government guidance expected to be released in mid May, or conversely may increase if the UK government roadmap goes to plan in late June.
We will currently take bookings for a maximum of 75 people to attend in person onsite at the Royal Society of Medicine in London. Presenters will be prioritised for on-site attendance (however ability to attend in person or not will not be considered when abstracts are selected). In-person attendance tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis to members and non-members from scientific and healthcare backgrounds.
The number of online attendees is unlimited.
If the UK government’s roadmap changes or social distancing rules for conferences mean that an on-site meeting is prohibited or unfeasible then we will move the whole meeting online and refund any in-person ticket fees.
We welcome abstract submissions of original science for presentation. The deadline is 5pm on Thursday 20th May 2021 and abstracts should be submitted online here
The full programme will be available at the Neonatal Society website in due course: www.neonatalsociety.ac.uk
