We meet at WEST DRAYTON train station at 10.00 am and visit the local shop to learn about spices and ingredients of your choice.

This is first step practical hands on cooking course will teach you about spices, how to buy, use, pair and store them and how to use them in a variety of dishes such as Roti, Rice with Curry, Daal, or Restaurant style Chicken Tikka Masala , Korma or home style curry , or simply Cabbage and stir fried Peas with Spices, Aloo Gobi, Tarka Dal, Oniion Bhaji, pakora and Varities of Raita.

Nepalese Daal Bhat or Dumpling, stir fried Noodles.

or How to make Ghee, Paneer, yoghurt , Pickle in home.

We eat what we cook at the end of the course and take it home rest of spices and cooked food. We try our best to make out of it for learning.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

The course is open to over 18 year olds.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

21 minutes away from London London Paddington, Frequent Train service from Reading, Oxford , Ealing. U5,222, U3 bus also availavle.

Accomadation can be arranged with discounted price with extra cost in local B&B, Hotel if you need.

What's the cancellation policy?

If you cancel over 4 weeks before the start of the course you can choose an alternative date or course of an equivalent value.
If you cancel within 4 weeks of the course, no transfers are permitted and you will forfeit your place.
