Now in its 7th year, NEPIC's Meet the Members Conference & Exhibition has grown into the networking conference for chemical-processing businesses and those that supply into it. Last year, the event was a sell-out, with 500 delegates and 100 exhibitors in attendance.
This year’s conference will return to the stunning Grand Marquee at Wynyard Hall and investment project opportunities remain high on the agenda.

Our delegate rates once again remain unchanged with rates starting from £50* for members ranging up to £150 pp. for non-members.
Your delegate rate includes:

EXHIBITOR RATES & INFORMATION
Be one of the 100 exhibiting companies at Meet the Members 2017 and gain access to 500+ regional chemical-industry business people. As an exhibiting company you will also benefit from hearing North East investment project updates and the potential supplier opportunities linked to them, as well as meeting our members and industry mentors via pre-booked one-2-one sessions.
By signing up as an exhibitor you will receive:
• Two delegate places
• Full conference access
• Trestle table (6ft or 4ft) with cloth & 2 chairs
• 3m W x 1.5m D exhibition space
• 1 power socket – if you need more than 1 power socket, please feel free to bring PAT tested power supplies with you
• Lunch & free flowing Tea & Coffee

• Listing within the conference guide
• Breakfast buns along with tea, coffee and juices available between 07.30-08.00 for exhibitors present. Please note: breakfast must be cleared prior to delegate arrival at 08.30
Set-up and derigging:
You are more than welcome to set up the day before the event. Set up times are as follows:
• Tuesday 20 June, 12.00-18.30
• Wednesday 21 June, 06.30-08.00
• Derigging can commence at 15.30 – out of respect for other exhibitors, please DO NOT start packing away before 15.30
• Please inform us if you plan to bring usual items/kit to compliment your stand, simply so that we can accommodate your needs in terms of access, positioning & support
Floorplan & stand allocation
Please be aware that pre-allocation of exhibition slots is only available to our event sponsors. All other exhibitors will be placed by NEPIC to allow us to position you with complimenting companies and avoiding competitors.

THE GRAND MARQUEE, WYNYARD HALL
We will be returning to the Grand Marquee situated on the Wynyard Hall estate near Sedgefield. This venue offers a large, open plan space to house all the events elements and will maximise networking and foot flow. The marque, a newly built permanent structure, is situated within the ground’s walled rose garden and boasts car-parking for 800, stunning surroundings and outdoor networking space. View venue>
ONE-2-ONE MENTORING SESSIONS
We will once again be offering pre-bookable one-2-one ‘Meet the Member’ sessions to all attending delegates and exhibitors. We will be joined by senior industrialists from across the region, including members of the NEPIC Leadership Team, to provide business mentoring to members.
Appointments will be released for booking on Thursday 25 May. Companies will be given one week to make appointment selections (maximum 3 per company) which will be offered on a first come, first served basis. All appointments still available after this time will be offered to those companies registering on or after Thursday 25 May.
