Whether you're a beginner looking to improve your skills or a seasoned swimmer aiming to enhance your technique, this training is perfect for all levels. Session #2 will focus on Buoy Turns, Pack Swimming and Deep Water Starts.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to wear a wet suit?

The choice is entirely yours. You will stay warmer in a wet suit whilst we teach various skills, but you are welcome to swim non-wet suit if you prefer, or wear a rash vest.

Do I need to bring a tow float?

If you have one, please bring one with you.

Do I need to be a fast swimmer?

No, you can be any speed and the group will be broken down into smaller groups so that you are swimming with people of the same ability / skill level.

Where can I can changed?

We will be getting changed on the beach (see location information above). Please bring a changing robe to respectfully get changed after your swim.

Will there be toilets?

There are public toilets further up the seafront by the Marina Office.
