Neptune Warehouse Sale: Up to 70% Off

We’re opening the doors to our Neptune Warehouse for a limited-time sale, with up to 70% off hundreds of sale items, including samples, seconds, ex-display pieces, and end-of-line designs on furniture, upholstery and garden sets to accessories and more.

New this year: You can also enjoy shopping from the Neptune Showroom, refreshments from The Provenist Café, and late-night shopping on Thursday evening.

Venue: Neptune HQ, Blagrove, Frankland Road, Swindon, Wiltshire, SN5 8YG.

Dates: Tuesday 16th – Saturday 20th September 2025

Opening hours:

• Arrival: Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your booked time slot, there will be no early entry.
• 10am – 5:30pm, with last entry at 4:30pm.
• Thurday evening late night shopping 5:30 - 8:00pm, with last entry at 7.30pm.

Ticket details:

• Entry: All tickets will be checked upon arrival at the car park and again at the entrance to the warehouse sale. Please have your ticket ready to present at both checkpoints.This is a ticket-only event. Unfortunately, we cannot admit customers without a valid ticket. To avoid disappointment, please ensure you have your ticket with you before arriving.

• Time slots: Six bookable slots per day: 10–11:00am, 11–12:00pm, 12:30 - 1:30pm, 1:30 - 2:30pm, 3:00-4:00pm, and 4:00-5:00pm.
• Late night shopping: Thursday 18th 5:30-8:00pm.
• Cost: This event is free of charge but requires a ticket due to limited parking and capacity.
• Ticket allocation:1 ticket covers you for 1 person.
• Group bookings: Up to 2 tickets can be booked in one order. Please enter accurate details for each attendee during booking. This helps us prepare for check-in, maintain safety and ensure event communications are correct.

Parking

• Location: Parking will be onsite at Neptune HQ (SN5 8YG).
• Availability: Spaces are limited, each booking allows one parking spaces maxiumum. When ordering your ticket, please select whether you will require a parking space, so we can manage capacity for each time slot.
• Electric vehicle charging: EV bays will not be available for charging during the event. They may still be used for parking.
• Disclaimer: Car parking is at the customer’s own risk. The event organisers accept no responsibility for loss, damage, or theft of vehicles or belongings.

Shoping tips

• Measurments: If buying larger items, it's advisable to take accurate measurements of your space ahead of the event. Here's a link to our short guide.
• Items to bring:

1. A tape measure.
2. Shopping bags to take smaller items home with you.
3. We won’t be offering a wrapping service at the event, so please remember to bring your own packaging for larger and fragile items.
4. Queues may extend outdoors. Please bring an umbrella or waterproof if rain is expected.

Payment

• Cashless event: This is a cashless event, but all major credit cards will be accepted.

Transporting your purchases:

• Collection: All items purchased on the day must be taken home on the same day.
• Delivery: No Neptune delivery service will be available, but local delivery services will be recommended. Alternatively, please arrange transportation in advance if you plan to purchase large-scale items.
• Neptune staff will be on hand to help you carry larger items.

Venue notes

• Stock will be replenished throughout the sale.
• The Neptune Swindon Outlet will be closed during the sale.
• Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed except for guide dogs.

Terms & conditions

• All sales are final; refunds will not be permitted.
• It’s the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly examine items before buying them.
• Cheques, gift cards, vouchers and voucher codes will not be accepted.
