A short intro, followed by the how To's of nervous system healing, where you will learn new and practice ongoing nervous system healing drills. Ending with a 10 min mindfulness meditation. Class will end leaving you deeply relaxed and able to nod off and integrate your healing & new skills.
I have designed this class for anyone who feels utterly stress out and fried by the end of their day. Particularly parents, because i know if i can teach the parents how to regulate themselves, they in turn will teach their children and before we know it... We will all be co-regulating together.
