About Your Guide, Georgia
Georgia creates calm, nurturing spaces where you can reconnect deeply with your body and breath, allowing your nervous system to gently reset and restore. With over seven years of yoga, mindfulness, nervous system regulation and somatic practice, her approach is rooted in cultivating presence through embodied movement and breath connection, tools she has relied on personally for healing and resilience, especially after her recovery from brain surgery.
Georgia has studied and trained extensively in yoga in Bali. She teaches Vinyasa, Hatha, Vin-Yin, Yin, Restorative, and Heated yoga styles. Her diverse training, combined with a recent 100-hour certification in Somatic Trauma Integration, allows her to offer a holistic, sensitive approach that supports nervous system regulation and embodied healing.
At this retreat, Georgia will guide you through somatic and restorative practices designed to release tension, activate your parasympathetic nervous system, support vagal toning to cultivate resilience and deepen your mind-body connection. This will help your body to restore its sense of safety, feel deeply, and allow space to heal. Expect a gentle, spacious experience grounded in breath, movement, stillness, and nature. A true invitation to rest, reset, and embody calm.
