We'll provide updates on activity to transform our balancing and forecasting capabilities, and discuss a range of topics you've told us you want to hear more about. Back by popular demand is our "Day in the life of a control room engineer" session - covering a different 30-minute period on the network. As always, our SMEs will be on hand to answer your questions.

Is there parking at the venue?

There is no onsite car parking. The nearest car park is Q Park Trafalgar Square, Spring Gardens, Westminster SW1A 2TS.

Will lunch be provided?

Regular food & refreshments will be provided throughout the day, alongside a lunch. Dietary requirements will be requested.

What will be the topics of discussion for the event?

An agenda of the day will be sent out prior to the event, however we can confirm we will be running another "day in the life of a control room engineer" on the day, following requests from customers. The session will look at a different 30-minute period in time to what was discussed in November.
