Ness Spring Wild Food Day

This course is timed to meet the height of spring in all its glory, when the early green edible shoots are at their most tender, and the springtime mushrooms start to show themselves. This full day event will be a celebration of spring and all the wonderful wild foods that abound at this time of year. Expect to be dazzled by the array of fine eating to be had. The majority of the day will be spent in the glorious grounds of Ness, foraging and getting to know the edible wildlife on display. The tail end of the day will be dedicated to reviewing our finds and cooking up the very best wild foods for sampling.
Cost: £45 (includes buffet lunch and all hand-outs). The event runs from 9.30am – 4.30pm
