About this event

  • 2 hours

We will be joined by Jess Pepper who found the Climate Cafe movement and who is on BBC 100 inspiring and influential women from around the world for 2023.

This informal gathering is an opportunity to chat over a cup of coffee and discuss anything and everything from how to think about climate change and opportunities it presents as well as the challenges and ways to tackle these. We want to share experiences both good and bad of taking action however big or small!

There will be specialists on hand so if you want to find out more about something specific such as net zero, your carbon footprint, the circular economy or funding for changes you want to make this is the place to find out.

The session will run for 2 hours and will include a talk about climate action by Jess Pepper, who is passionate about her work bringing people together to chat and act on climate change. We'd love it if you can come for the whole time but feel free to drop in and join in at any point.

This event is funded by SSE for rural businesses in Perth and Kinross.

GrowBiz is supported by Perth & Kinross Council, The Scottish Government and the Cairngorms National Park Authority.
