Tired of making small talk over yet another full English breakfast in stuffy conference room?
Fancy an invigorating walk in the fresh air surrounded by beautiful classic British countryside with likeminded entrepreneurial business owners?
Swop your business suit for welly boots and head outside to join fellow enthusiastic netwalkers to walk, talk and network. It's the perfect opportunity to reflect on your business, bounce ideas about with others, generate new strategies, develop new opportunities and draw inspiration from nature one step at a time with the added bonus of gentle exercise.
"A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step" Confucius
Our next netwalking event will take place on Thursday 10th November 2016 in Bradford on Avon from 11am to 1pm. There will be a dedicated theme with a series of questions to encourage conversation between netwalkers and explore different aspects of your business ventures.
Netwalkers will meet in front of the Tithe Barn at 11am to walk, talk and network along the scenic banks of the Avon Valley Canal. The 4km flat route will take approximately an hour and there is the opportunity to purchase your refreshments after the walk at The Lock Inn Cafe to reflect on your experience and continue networking.
Please be aware that there will be photos taken during the event that might be used for future advertising purposes. If you don't want to be photographed please let us know in advance.
We look forward to walking, talking and networking with you in the British Great Outdoors.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
There is public parking at the Tithe Barn, along Pound Lane or B3109 in Bradford on Avon. Bradford on Avon train station is 500m (6 minutes walk) from the netwalking start point.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
Little reminder that an element of common sense should always be applied before heading outside with consideration to the British weather. It's strongly recommended to check the weather the evening before and bring welly boots, umbrella, warm jacket, scarf, hat and water bottle.
