Network Appreciation Day

We are delighted to invite you to our Staff Network Appreciation Day, a special session to bring together all members of our staff networks and celebrate the valuable work you do.

It is an opportunity for us to all come together for the first time, network and chat with each other, and build long lasting and valued relationships across our four networks. Invited are colleagues from our REACH, LGBTQ+, Staff DisAbility and Staff Carers Networks; and we would love to see as many of you as possible on the day.

• To hear directly from you. Your lived experience matters.
• To understand what’s working well in our networks and across our organisation.
• To explore what could be improved so that our networks can thrive in the year ahead.
• And above all, to demonstrate that we value you, we recognise your contribution, and we hold our networks in high regard.

• No long formal presentations. This is about hearing your experience, ideas and suggestions.
• We’ll use the insights you share to shape how our networks, grow and support staff going forward.
