Choose to Thrive Tribe
The Thrive Tribe is a friendly group of women who care about doing a good job as well as creating an environment where they and others can thrive. Consider us as a group of sisters who all have your back. We come from all walks of life, are different ages and from different industries but we get together for a few hours of creation, education and problem-solving.
Spend the evening with other like-minded people who want to make a difference, are growing their careers and learn how they are doing it.
The format for the first 90 mins is a learning session where we go into depth on one area of the Choose to Thrive System :-
Compass – building a strong personal foundation so you can set your compass direction for success
Charge – understand your battery charge, so you can ensure you look after your energy and vitality to thrive in today’s fast pace.
Capacity – increasing your capacity to get things done so you can achieve more and worry less
Connection – growing your impact and influence so that key relationships work without angst
Contribution – establishing your sense of purpose and know you’re making a (positive) difference.
THIS SESSIONS TOPIC IS 'CHARGE' - how to look after your energy and vitality in this fast-paced world. How to get your battery levels back on track using 6 key health habits that will make all the difference to how you feel and manage your busy schedule. There will also be a special guest speaker talking about health and nutrition.
The remainder of the session is about implementation and sharing.
