Our Spotlight speaker for this event is Debbie Basden. Debbie is a key member of Network She and we look forward to hearing more from her.
Debbie Basden has over 35 years private sector experience as a Manager, Management Consultant, Coach and Mentor. In 2012, while still living in Kenya, she pivoted to retrain and use her skills as a Therapeutic Coach. Now based in Neath, Debbie continues to support adults with anxiety, panic attacks, imposter syndrome, grief, trauma and PTSD. Using gentle techniques, some of which require very little talking, she helps her Clients reset their nervous system back into calm mode. Debbie will guide us through a short practical demo of Havening Techniques that we can use to self-soothe and even stop panic attacks.
