'I graduated with a first-class honours BA in graphic design. After working in a design company for three years in Chelsea, I set up my own in Covent Garden. Ten years later I moved to Dalwhinnie. It would be relatively straightforward to design things that look nice, but I believe that it is more important to understand a company's messages and its audiences.
