Once sessions wrap up, Tom and the photography clients will join the group at Cafe Nero Feel free to grab a coffee, swap ideas, and carry on the conversation.

Q: Do I have to book a photoshoot to attend?

No you're welcome to join just for the walk and networking. It’s £10 to attend, and £300 if you’d like a photoshoot.

What should I wear for the walk and/or shoot?

Comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothing. If you're booked for the shoot, aim for something that feels like you but reflects your professional brand.

What’s included in the £300 photoshoot?

A 30 minute sustainability-inspired personal brand session in natural light, with professional direction and 10 high-quality, edited images delivered digitally.

What if it rains?

If the weather’s too severe, the event will be rescheduled and your booking will carry over or be refunded. Light rain is not severe.

Can I bring a guest?

Yes, guests are welcome, but each person must book individually for entry and/or the shoot to manage numbers.

What kind of people will be there?

Expect a mix of small business owners, creatives, sustainability-minded professionals, and those interested in authentic personal branding.

Where exactly do we meet?

At the bandstand in Queen’s Park, Loughborough. You’ll get a reminder with directions the day before.
